There are various ways to contact us depending on your need. Read on to find the right one for you.
Are you an existing client in an emergency or in labour?
Page your midwife by dialing: 613-565-0880
You will be prompted to enter an extension. Each midwife’s extension is listed in the message on the paging service in case you’ve forgotten.
After leaving a brief message for your midwife, stay off the phone so she can return your call. If your midwife does not return your call within 10 minutes, please try again. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, page another midwife by selecting a different extension.
Are you an existing client with a non-emergency question?
We do not have a system through which you can send your midwife an email or text message, as both of these present the possibility of a message being missed or not replied to in a timely fashion. If you have a question that cannot wait until your next visit and cannot be answered through other resources available to you, then you are invited to call the clinic and leave a short, specific message for your midwife.
You can reach us at 613-253-3148. We will ensure that your question is forwarded to your midwife in a timely manner. Please reserve using the pager service for emergency situations only.
