You will receive a confirmation email that your form has been received. We will be in further contact if we are able to offer you a spot in care with our midwives. Please note that due to the high demand for midwifery care, there is often a waiting list. While we do our best to reply to each intake, please rest assured that if you do not hear from us, you will be placed on our wait list.
